OSHA 10:
This class meets most written plan and training requirements for contractors in Washington State. Includes: Introduction to OSHA; Construction Accident Prevention and Safety; PPE; Fall Protection; Ladders, Scaffolds and Stairways; Heat Related Rules; Excavation and Trenching Awareness and Respiratory Protection/Hazard Communication. Successful participants receive an OSHA 10 card and written safety plans.

OSHA 7600:
OSHA 7600: The Disaster Site Worker Outreach Training Program is a training program for Disaster Site Workers who provide skilled support services, (e.g. utility, demolition, debris removal, or heavy equipment operation) or site clean-up services in response to natural and man-made disasters. Specifically, it is recognized that all workers at disaster sites need to be aware of the differences between disaster sites and regular construction or demolition worksites and be able to inspect, don, and doff air-purifying respirators. Also, the program will make management and labor aware that pre-incident training is essential for ensuring disaster site worker safety and health.

HAZWOPER:
The Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) applies to five distinct groups of employers and their employees. This includes any employees who are exposed or potentially exposed to hazardous substances -- including hazardous waste -- and who are engaged in one of the following operations as specified by 1910.120(a)(1)(i-v) and 1926.65(a)(1)(i-v):

 clean-up operations -- required by a governmental body, whether federal, state, local, or other involving hazardous substances -- that are conducted at uncontrolled hazardous waste sites;

 corrective actions involving clean-up operations at sites covered by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (RCRA) as amended (42 U.S.C. 6901 et seq.);

 voluntary clean-up operations at sites recognized by federal, state, local, or other governmental body as uncontrolled hazardous waste sites;

 operations involving hazardous wastes that are conducted at treatment, storage, and disposal facilities regulated by Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations Parts 264 and 265 pursuant to RCRA, or by agencies under agreement with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to implement RCRA regulations; and

 emergency response operations for releases of, or substantial threats of releases of, hazardous substances regardless of the location of the hazard.

First Aid/CPR:
Our ASHI certified instructors will take employees through the crucial minutes between an accident and when Emergency Medical Services arrive. This class focuses on jobsite accidents and injuries; CPR and choking training is also covered.

Respirator Training, Medical Evaluations and Fit-Testing:
All employers who require or allow employees to use respirators must provide training, a medical evaluation and a fit-test insuring proper sizing of respirators. This class cover all three elements in addition to basic respirator use and limitations, along with cleaning and maintenance. Employees will complete an online Medical Evaluation and upon passing, be fit-tested with their personal respirators.

Small Business Basics:
Covering the entire range of governmental agencies, rules, and reporting requirements for contractors. This class discusses common questions about taxes, reporting requirements, employee requirements, and provides a checklists for each subject to ensure that contractors have not missed something. Topics include: company information, employees, subcontractors (we are experts in exempt-worker clarification), basic accounting requirements, Department of Revenue, Labor & Industries, Employment Security, and IRS requirements and reporting. Course includes notebook, checklists, and all required forms and often there is time to resolve specific issues and questions during the class.
